Shipping carrier:

You can choose China Post or DHL, TNT, FedEx on the checkout page.
 
No Server Shipping address:
Excluding remote areas(e.g. Alaska, postcode 99501…99950) and military addresses (e.g. APO, FPO postcode 96384), and overseas island addresses (e.g. Reunion island, postcode 97400…97480; Guam island, postcode 96910…96931, etc).

Remote Areas

If your shipping address is a remote address (confirmed by the logistics provider), then we will contact you to pay the additional remote shipping cost, otherwise the package will not be processed. In this case, we will cancel your order and offer a 100% refund for you.

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information or you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your surronbike.co account if you have registered.
 
Usually, the shippers need 2-5 working days to process the order, after the package is sent out from our warehouse, the tracking number from the Shipping Provider (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or USPS) will be synchronized to our Tracking System in 1-2 working days.

And due to the global epidemic, there may have an additional 2-5 business days delay when the package ship to some countries and regions.
 
If your order’s tracking number was still not updated after 7 days (one week), or you can’t see the tracking result, please contact us directly through the Order Confirmation Email, and our support team will help to check the order’s status and the package’s location for you.

Customs And Import Duty

Note: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost, due to the different policies in different countries. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
 
In general, there only a small number of countries need to clear customs.
